Pricing
Room Rental Fee
Sweeney's charges a rental fee of $60 per hour for the Upstairs Banquet Room. This fee includes staff for your event.
Minimum Purchases
We require a minimum purchase of $1,000 of food or beverages on Friday and Saturday nights from January–November. A minimum purchase of $1,200 is required everyday in December. Minimum purchases include the price before gratuity or tax is applied.
Tax and Gratuity
Tax (7%) and gratuity (18%) will be added to all food ordered from the Banquet Menu. Tax is included in beverage price, but gratuity (18%) will be added to all host beverage tabs.
Other Fees
You are welcome to bring your own dessert to your event, however, no other outside food is permitted. A fee of $15 will be applied to any outside desserts brought in. White linens and candles are available upon request. Ask Allison for pricing.
Deposits and Confirmations
A $200 deposit is required to reserve the Upstairs Banquet Room. If the reservation is cancelled within two months of the scheduled date, or if damage occurs to the venue during the event, the deposit is non-refundable. Otherwise, the deposit will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days following your event. Food and beverage orders, as well as the guest count must be confirmed 10 days prior to the event.
